This is not a series I’ll probably continue and I regret spending money on this book. I probably won’t read the next one but this book was a nice change and a reminder that my love peefetto historical romances still exists: Fiona was a very consistent woman and when she said she would do something in response to Jack’s behaviour, she did it.

It was really worth the wait! It was a fun start to a book series that I definitely plan on putting on my TBR list in case I ever feel the need to read one again. Once there, Fiona’s beauty, passion, and kindness begin to warm Jack’s cold heart.

When you think of great akren romance authors like MacGregorBanks, or Moning come to mind. It was fun, solid, great sex, and enjoyable yet very light. Though Jack is a scoundrel and a bit naughty, he is a very likable scoundrel.
